• Strategy Session information: your role, market, goals, and prior CRE experience.
• Academy application information: professional background, licensing status, and stated goals for enrollment.
• Any additional notes, comments, or messages you choose to submit through our forms.

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system.
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring/exit pages, and general usage patterns, collected through standard web server logs and, where applicable, analytics tools.

SMS Consent Data

• Respond to your inquiries and provide requested property analyses, proposals, or Academy application review;

• Administer and improve the Quantum Leaps CRE Academy program, including coaching and enrollment communications;
